To the providers;

- Mad Dogs Pty Ltd ACN 633 598 928
- Raymond Tisna, Trading as "Vertex Syndicate" ABN 60 960 738 427
In consideration of you allowing me to play / or partake in the game of;
- "GEL BALL" or
- "GELSOFT" or
- "Objective Points Simulation" or
- "OPS" or
- "MILSIM" or
- "LARPERATION" or
- "WARGAMES" or
- "SIMULATION"
as it is commonly known as.
1. I herby agree for myself, me executors, administrations, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns;
1a. not to make a claim or demand of any kind or instigate any proceedings against the operators of "Cherrabah Resort", "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate", for any injury, damage of any kind whatsoever, or death sustained, by or occasioned to me, the undersigned, in the course of, or incidental to playing the game of; "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" or arising from, or resulting directly, or indirectly from any act, omission, neglect or default on the part of "Cherrabah Resort", "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate," or arising or resulting from me being on or near the designated playing field area, or arising or resulting from injury from faulty equipment issued or hired to me by the operators of "Cherrabah Resort", "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate."
1b. to indemnify "Cherrabah Resort", "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate" for all loss, or damage, which they or any one of them may sustain because of:
(i) any loss or injury suffered by me in the course or incidental to playing the game "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION", or arising or resulting from me being on or near the designated playing field area, and or
(ii) any loss or injury suffered by any other person whatsoever, as a result of my neglect or wilful or omission;
1c. the expressions shall include the following: the owner and proprietor of "Cherrabah Resort", "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate" and any director, officer, agents, servants, licensees, and invitees of "Cherrabah Resort," "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate".
2. I warrant that I am fully aware of all risks involved in playing "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" and that there may be a possibility of injury to me including injury caused to me if "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" equipment does not function properly. I nevertheless wish to assume all such risks.
3. I hereby acknowledge that "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" is a physical game and may become physically strenuous. I hereby warrant that I:
3a. am in good physical condition;
3b. have no disability, impairment, or ailment which would prevent me from playing "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" or would be detrimental to my health, safety, comfort or physical condition or the health and safety, comfort or physical condition of others whilst playing "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" or while at or near the designated playing field area.
4. I undertake to play "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" only following the safety instructions, rules, code of conduct and suggestions presented to me by the operators of "Cherrabah Resort," "Mad Dogs Pty Ltd," and "Raymond Tisna T/A Vertex Syndicate".
5. I have reached 16 years of age.
6. I agree and undertake at all times to wear and not to remove my Safety Googles or Australian Standard Safety Eyewear whilst on or close to the designated "GEL BALL" or "GELSOFT" or "Objective Points Simulation" or "OPS" or "MILSIM" or "LARPERATION" or "WARGAMES" or"SIMULATION" any field of play including the testing range.
